Refund Policy
At hadiya islamic store, we ensure our products and ingredients are of the highest possible standards. However, if you are unhappy with your order, kindly contact us at support@hadiyaislamicstore.com for refunds under the following conditions:
Refund Decisions: Refunds are decided by the hadiya islamic store team with valid reasons.
Request Period: We will not accept refund requests more than 3 days after the purchase date.
Delivery Costs: The cost of delivery, if any, will not be included in the refund.
Payment Method: Refunds can and will only be made to the credit card that was used to process the purchase. Refunds for Cash-on-Delivery orders are not accepted.
International Orders: The refund and return policy is not applicable for international orders outside of the UAE.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus items, and documentation shipped with the product. They must be returned in their original condition. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse the return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed. If the product is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

Cancellation Period: Cancellations can only be made for exceptional cases within 24 hours of the order in the UAE only.
